As a lead systems administrator on our project, you'll help secure mission critical systems, conduct assessments, and map core network infrastructure using industry leading tools. You'll coordinate work with our cyber support team to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate your customer's IT needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions. We need to come up with the best solution, so you'll advise on new techniques, break free from the legacy model, and go where the industry is going. You'll lead the team through a critical approach to systems or network design, providing alternatives and customizing solutions to maintain a balance of security and mission needs. This is a chance to support a team of experts to make a difference in the civil, defense, and intelligence industry areas. You'll lead efforts to help customers overcome their most difficult challenges by integrating secure practices like operating system and endpoint security, network visualization, identity and access management and continuous monitoring. You Have:

3+ years of experience as a senior level system administrator that includes system network hardening, system accreditation or monitoring and assessment of multiple solutions or networks

Experience in network visualization that includes maintaining network topology maps or conducting vulnerability assessments against critical network components

Experience in the intelligence community

Knowledge of cyber security disciplines and technology focusing on cloud/network infrastructure, identity and access management, user activity monitoring or enterprise audit services

Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system functions, security policies, technical security safeguards or operational security measures

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

BA or BS degree required

Nice If You Have:

Experience with systems integration, systems engineering or cybersecurity

Experience in the installation, configuration or administration of IT resources including Windows, Linux, VMware or other network software products

Experience with operating system languages and language packs or cybersecurity products including anti-virus or endpoint security variants or methods

Knowledge of network visualization tools or utilities such as RedSeal

Knowledge of firmware or embedded systems, network protocols, routing or firewalls

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
