Overview:

This position will focus on the review and analysis of user behvaiors within D&B SaaS solutions. They will be responsible for monitoring and segmenting data and offering actionable insight to key business partners in Product, Sales, Operations, Client Learning, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works with Content Designers and UX Designers to develop storyboards and to implement and iterate these designs within the digital adoption platform.


• Develops best practices for content implementation and content analysis.


• Work closely with related groups to ensure business continuity


• Manages testing and implementation with D&B Product teams.

Education/Experience:

• Bacheclor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design


• 2-3 years expereince in Systems Management, Web-Design, or Communications.


• Experience with Java, CSS/HTML, Python, PHP


• Experience with statistical modeling, regression and non-regression analytics, data mining and K-means clustering


• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
