The ideal candidate will perform dedicated clerical and administrative duties for EVP of Merchandising. Work requires some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment. Frequently called upon to interpret and communicate an executive's intent to other managers and lead meetings in lieu of EVP. May make contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature. Work under minimal supervision on complex projects.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support senior leader by performing advanced-level administrative work of complex nature including planning, coordinating, organizing and producing work that requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Maintains and coordinates calendars and schedules appointments. Assists with virtual meetings and ensures that technology is working appropriately.
Plans, coordinates and arranges on-site and off-site meetings conferences and special events. Coordinates all logistics to support Executive and Team meetings and events. Coordinates logistical details for meetings and roadshows. Coordinates scheduling, travel for attendees, meeting materials, AV and catering arrangements. Ensures accurate and timely communication to involved parties.
Prepares documents, correspondence, presentations and conducts research and prepares reports. Edits and proofs for grammar, spelling, and clarity of expression, organization, and conformance to company specifications. Compiles, copies, binds or coordinates outsourcing of production. Maintains organized computer and/or hard copy files for easy identification and retrieval.
Collects, compiles and reviews complex data and information for inclusion in reports and presentation materials. Enters data from various sources to maintain and update various databases. Ensures data integrity by verifying input and calculations.
Processes forms and prepares standard and customized periodic reports including expense.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
High School Diploma or GED required/Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
7-10 years experience supporting executive leaders

Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work independently, exercise appropriate action and good judgement
Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize tasks, and maintain control of work flow
