Position Overview

This position contributes to the success of the company by coordinating inventory and order needs for production.

 

Essential Job Functions

Inventory/Shipping/Receiving

• Sort & condense all pallets


• Pull materials for jobs and any finished goods to shipping


• Perform weekly cycle counts; reconcile findings as necessary

• Support warehouse staff in receiving, organizing, prepping and shipping orders

 

Production

• Perform upgrades on printers per customer specifications


• Organize and lot track raw material ink cartridges


• Assist on Ink Production table through printing labels, organizing cartridges and reconciling lot numbers


• Label and code cartridges into finished products


• Complete all assigned tasks in a safe manner

 

Requirements

• Some experience with shipping, receiving, purchasing, inventory


• Ability to read, write & comprehend instructions, correspondence & other information


• Mathematical skills; ability to use calculator


• Experience with MS Office, Excel & ability to perform specific shipping/receiving exercises in relevant software

• Must be able to lift 30 – 50 pounds throughout the day

Exposure to Hazardous Materials

Following all federal, state, local and IDT specific safety guidelines as prescribed in the employee handbook and subsequent company safety training. Some minor exposure to hazardous materials such as epoxies, cleaners, etc. may be required as part of this job. Please refer to the material’s specific MSDS for proper handling instructions.
