As the Brand Manager, Global Home Storage New Markets and Partnership, you will be responsible for: 

• Creating strategies and enhancing our brand equity by delivering leadership to our country teams and bringing the brands’ mission to new consumers via market expansion and partnerships


• This position is in SCJ’s Global Marketing team. You will be responsible for growing the business profitability while gaining share.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set brand growth strategy for new markets and global partnerships to drive equity and shares in the Ziploc business


• Build a strategy to establish the Ziploc brand and build the category in collaboration with new markets


• Own commercialization process and launch of Ziploc products in new countries in partnership with Marketing Commercialization teams 


• Lead Ziploc’s strategic Disney partnership, including creative asset development, and product and packaging design.


• Partner with agencies to develop brand assets for the globe, including creative content for Integrated Marketing Communication plans and equity campaigns for new markets and Disney promotions


• Collaborate with cross functions to build and deliver a sound learning agenda, regulatory approvals and financial plans.


• Leverage understanding of consumer/shopper motivations and behaviors to develop winning marketing plans 


• Accountable for Brand’s P&L (Profit & Loss Statement) and shares globally 


• Lead, develop, and coach Associate Managers 

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
  
  

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES:

• Global experience/exposure 


• 3+ years of marketing experience in developing consumer products


• Leadership of cross-functional team 


• Prior experience managing external partnerships


• Passion for innovation 


• High sense of urgency 


• Demonstrated team leadership and development 


• Successful partnerships with agencies and ability to leverage IMC assets into execution 


• Master’s Degree
