Job Description:

Boasso Global, a premier intermodal service company providing transportation and tank container services is seeking a skilled Customer Resolution Specialist to support, dispatch operations at our Pasadena, TX terminal.

The primary responsibilities of this position include working with customers and dispatchers to resolve issues which arise in the day to day activities of the dispatch department. Answers phones and is the first point of contact for customers. Communicates with Drivers to gather times and weights information. Verifies information against the customer’s appointment time and communicates this information to the customer. Sends all communication on customer detention delays so as to avoid billing issues. Verifies the tank is clear to turn in to the port, avoiding timely delays.

Preferred candidates will possess a High School Diploma or GED, have experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transportation industry, be computer literate, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
