ClearVue SRM Coordinator at United Natural Foods Inc

Job Description:

POSITION PURPOSE: 

Provide a high-level administrative support to the National Supplier Relationship Manager, ClearVue. Executes and manages reporting and set up of new suppliers/new items. Organizes and executes team projects, functions and tasks to assure no deadlines or metric deliverables are missed. Handles details of confidential nature.


 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: 



  • Updates marketing spreadsheets with ClearVue supplier parameters.




  • Completes ClearVue forms for IT & Business Analysis when setting up new ClearVue suppliers.




  • Works with suppliers and brokers on UNFI paperwork – New Items, Pack Changes, Price Changes, Supplier Documentation, etc.




  • Coordinates information for email publication on ClearVue Suppliers.




  • Actively participates in Supplier/Broker meetings as requested – assists with meeting preparation and reporting.




  • Handles Supplier Portal training for new and existing suppliers.




  • Runs out the door monthly reporting, quarterly and ad hoc reporting for suppliers.




  • Interact with sales on new item set up with an understanding of our internal and external deadlines.




  • Keeps manager informed of area activities and of any significant problems.




  • Actively resolves issues/concerns that pertain to work related and assigned tasks. Facilitates a “problem-solver” approach – identifies the problem, offers solutions and executes/delivers results.




  • Other projects as assigned.



Job Requirements:  


  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred

  • 1-2 years of professional business experience in category management, sales, purchasing or related fields

  • System Implementation preferred

  • Proficient in all Microsoft office applications

  • Basic knowledge of Company operations

  • Understanding of document formats, spreadsheets, and business communications

  • Ability to work well independently, prioritize, and complete tasks in a high-pressure environment

  • Ability to be discreet and handle highly confidential information

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Solid analytical, creative, and problem-solving ability
