Job Description SummaryThe responsibility of the Intern will be to assist a team of brokerage professionals in the development, delivery, and implementation of pursuing new business.

Spend 15-20 hours a week for approximately 3-8 months (flexible to be shorter or longer) with top commercial real estate professionals in San Francisco. Learn about the hottest real estate market in the world through hands-on experience working with a group of seasoned brokers. Our team is looking for a motivated person with an interest in a career in commercial real estate to assist us with some projects.
Job Description
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Market research and reporting
- Office building availability analysis
- Technology company research
- Data entry/analysis
- Marketing projects
- Pitch preparation support

Pre-requisites:
- Candidate must be either Junior or Senior in college
- Must be currently enrolled
- Can commute to downtown San Francisco
- Must have a 3.5 GPA or above
- Must be \\"Tech\\" savvy, friendly, and motivated
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs
