Summary of Job Purpose

- Represents all supply chain functions (purchasing, logistics and planning) within the company organization.

- Accountable for segment OTD and overall performance, including but not limited to: inventory, OTD, LTR work order launch, capacity evaluation, etc.

- Responsible for scheduling, launching and monitoring Production/Repair orders, identifying gaps, tracking and communicating results to all Support Groups.

- In charge of the inventory level to ensure alignment with Supply Chain objectives.

- Leads and coordinate supply chain function for new product introduction activities.

- Ensure conformance with all ISO requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Analyze Production/Repair plans to ensure alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.

- Launch orders for items made or repair and manages through operation.

- Review production schedules to ensure alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.

- Resolve problems plus enhance improvements associated with inventory flow plus production control.

- Conduct weekly reporting of shortage levels, late backlog, and status of top shortages with action plans.

- Ensure to constantly communication with main stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Program

- Management and Purchasing pertinent to requirements and impacts.

- Other duties may be assigned

- Monitor inventory levels

o Develop and execute inventory control methods and reports to assure accurate inventory levels.

o Ensure proper levels of support/delivery for AOG/Customer Expedites.

o Review and manage Material Master Settings to optimize MRP efficiency and inventory levels.

o Other duties may be assigned

- Support documentation analysis

- Sales and Operation Planning

Required Competencies

Education / Experience

- Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

- At least 2 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience in scheduling, development of production plans, material requirements planning (MRP), and capacity analysis.

- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.

Position Criteria

- Advanced computer/software skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel-including advanced -

- Excel functionality such as pivot tables, IF, Statements and VLookups) and ERP.

- Well organized with strong analytic skills, Attention to detail, Self-motivated, Ability to multi-task is required.

- Proven ability to work effectively on a cross-functional team.

- Understanding and knowledge of MRP parameters

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge and experience in SAP

- Experience with controlling MRP parameters
