Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Strategic Workforce Planning Partner works with senior leaders to develop multi-year workforce plans directly tied to business unit strategic plans. The Strategic Workforce Planning Partner leads key stakeholders through the planning process resulting in a multi-year plan that guides the business, via specific strategies, on the talent needed to execute their business plans. The Strategic Workforce Planning Partner is also responsible for project management and coordinating HR workflows for MultiCare transactions and partnerships.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Five (5) years of professional experience in human resources, organizational development, or related field
Prior consulting or HR Business Partner experience is a plus
Effective internal and external consulting, facilitation, and leadership skills

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
BA or BS degree in a related field; MA or MS degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Public Administration, or other related field a plus
Human resources professional certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, HCI SWP, etc.)
Change management certification preferred

This position will work remotely. Virtual work Seattle/Tacoma.
