POSITION SUMMARY:
The Team Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of work performed by assigned staff. This position works directly with staff performing shift assignments and oversees the work performed by staff to accomplish work goals as required. Work situations are a variety of routine and non-routine functions, which require organization, prioritization, leadership, good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making. Internal contacts include staff and management throughout the health system. External contacts are limited.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Two years previous warehouse experience in healthcare setting
Experience as a lead, team coordinator, or supervisor preferred

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state

The Team Coordinator will support, in combination with Leadership, our Supply Chain locations of Auburn Medical Center and Covington Hospital. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional weekends and holidays. Full time position with rotating shift start times between 6am and 8am.
