Job Description:

Responsibilities

- Responsible for providing assistance with and facilitating the human resource processes
at Coach USA, Elko Inc.

- Record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS/Payroll data entry, including but not limited to the
processing of new hires, employee changes, and terminations.

- Complete Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.

- Conducts audits of HR files and programs.

- Assists in managing Family Medical Leave Act and Short Term Disability claims.

- Screens applicants, set up interviews, schedules new hire physicals and drug tests.

- Prepares new-employee files and will assist with new hire onboarding.

- Makes photocopies, mails, scans and emails documents, files and other clerical functions.

- Complete assigned work safely and efficiently both with and without direct supervision.

- Will assist and train other HR tasks at the direction of the Director of the Safety, HR and
Training Director.

- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED required

- Experience with ADP, preferred

- Experience with DOT preferred

- Experience with Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, and PowerPoint & Outlook), required

- Demonstrate strong computer skills, Required

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to confidently interact with individuals at all levels of
authority, required

- Ability to speak in front of large groups and have hard conversations, required

- Demonstrated ability to perform essential functions of the position, required
