The purpose of the Military Sales team is to fully own the Military channel for Red Bull North America (RBNA). The Senior Director of Military Sales will lead Red Bull s sales efforts across the Military channel by driving key objectives both quantitative (revenue, volume, profit, and share) and qualitative (in store presence, top retail relationships, training and development, etc.). The Senior Director, Military s main priority is owning the Military channel strategy, OCONUS management, and driving integration with our Global Headquarters. This role is the key owner of all business related activities and targets at national and market levels. It drives coordination and collaboration across multiple functional groups (sales, distribution, marketing, finance, operations, and legal) at US Headquarter (SaMo), Business Unit (BU), and Global Headquarter (HQ - Austria) levels to ensure that objectives and goals of these customers are achieved.EXPERIENCE

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

that matter most for this role:

* Minimum 10 years of Sales & Key Account experience with a strong track record of success; experience in Military channel a plus

* In-depth knowledge of sales within FMCG or spirits industry; DSD expertise is ideal

* Experience working with global teams a plus

* Excellent negotiator and influencer, leveraging business analytics to achieve desired outcomes

* History of recruiting, training, developing and engaging extraordinary sales leaders and teams

* Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

* Strategic thinker and passionate for achieving long-term success via hands on solutions oriented approach

* Outstanding analytical proficiency; fluent in a wide range of data tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, CPM, Sales Data)

* Strong Communication skills, highly organized and manages timelines and objectives effectively. Strong presentation and facilitation abilities

* Bachelor s degree preferred

* English, additional languages an advantage

* Travel up to 75%
