Business Insights and Analytics Manager

The main focus within the eCommerce business unit at RB is to implement solutions that are relevant and reliable to empower informed decision making and business optimization to drive the business forward. The Business Insights & Analytics Manager will be responsible for mining multiple sources of data and will own the analytics that will empower the team with regular and actionable insights to answer ad hoc business questions. The role will also be designing and maintaining recurring reports to track alignment to business KPIs.

Responsibilities
•Help identify medium- and long-term incremental opportunities based on 'always on' consumer insight •Provide business intelligence, identify levers to move key metrics, and create reporting for marketing, sales and analytics teams •Identify untapped consumer segments that are currently engaging with our products and campaigns •Identify content and creative hooks based on searches and reviews •Identify untapped search domains and keywords in adjacent spaces where we might have a right to win through search •Identify trends and white spaces that could be leveraged to launch new product innovations •Master the use of consumer data sources like: Amazon ratings and reviews; shopper buying behavior and basket analysis; shopper and category research such as path-to-purchase, consumer research such as Amazon insights •Build a thorough knowledge of respective brand and category insights through consumer and shopper research

Qualifications
•5+ years of experience working with large data sets involving both brick & mortar and e-commerce information, media analytics, and performing advanced quantitative analysis; demonstrates strong technical and analytical aptitude •Exposure to data tools and technology •Proficient in Microsoft Excel •Very strong analytical skills •Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills •Entrepreneurial, and financially and commercially astute
