• Understand and perform the set-up, operation, and shutdown for either the 2 oz. or 6/32 oz. plastic line • Perform CIP/Clean-up, Depallitizer/Unscrambler, Material Supplier, Filler and checks, Loader/Unloader, and OPR Sterilizer for both 2 oz. and 6/32 oz. plastic line. • Attend Better Processing School and achieve certification • Inspect incoming packaging components for defects and discard non-salvageable components • Supply line with packaging components • Maintain accurate account of all packaging component usage, showing load numbers, lot numbers, manufacturing date, and quantity used • Perform required entries in SAP • Maintain accurate batch records and production reports • Operate power vehicles (fork truck, walker/stacker, etc.) • Service all electric truck batteries and put trucks on battery charge • Keep all work areas clean, safe and orderly • Complete filter changes

Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to operate programmable cleaning system and perform all hook-ups for the Multi-Pak and 2oz Plastic line circuits • Clean filler parts in the filling room and know other filling room cleaning • Ability to check information quickly and accurately, follow work instructions in practical work related settings, apply basic rules of arithmetic, and trouble shoot mechanical issues

NOTE: This position will require the employee to work with chemical, radiological, or biological agents that may be hazardous to health if mishandled (including agents which may potentially affect reproduction or the fetus). Employees will be required to follow all safety procedures and use personal protective clothing/equipment where specified.
