Forward Air is searching for a highly creative and highly driven Marketing Coordinator to organize, communicate, and action our marketing and digital efforts. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of online and off-line marketing operation. Your central goal is to help grow our brand's influence while also increasing customer loyalty and awareness. Duties include planning, implementing, measuring and monitoring our marketing campaigns across all channels and communicating goals and results to other teams. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in brand management, email marketing, social media management, creating experiences with the consumer in mind and content creation skills including image editing, video formatting, and audio production.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Create and maintain engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and job boards
Create engaging, responsive, and captivating text, high-quality video, and image content for social media platforms, display advertising, and email campaigns
Create/schedule daily posts/stories on social media platforms strategically targeting each platforms unique audience
Create and maintain a favorable brand image through Online Reputation Management (ORM) on job board and social media platforms
Ensure all current and available job postings are complete with updated information, pay details, sign on bonuses, etc.
Capture and analyze important metrics across platforms to share in weekly and monthly reports
Provide analytical social media campaign results
Optimize performance through A/B testing; test all aspects of email marketing, job postings, and social media campaigns including metrics of: time sent, job title performance, subject line, call to action placement
Create digital video and audio/visual materials for the website, job boards, and social media as required
Build and maintain marketing collateral, including but not limited to, presentations, flyers, and other collateral
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects) experience required
Knowledge of key elements of digital marketing campaigns including paid media, conversion rate optimization, social media marketing and Google analytics
Strong quantitative analytical fills, problem solving and planning skills
Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
Experience in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications
Work requires adaptability to changes and ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Proven ability to take initiative and achieve results
Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Tableau experience a plus
