Job Description:

As an experienced professional in Project Execution, you thrive at managing complex technology programs that have far-reaching implications for clients. Reporting into the Cybersecurity Identity & Access management Program. The primary function of the role is to work closely with colleagues across the organization to provide planning, reporting and infrastructure management (servers, appliances, software licenses) for more than 90 applications in existing and new global data centers. This includes regular interaction with Application Owners and Senior Managers to ensure hardware is planned correctly, budgeted, ordered and managed through the entire life cycle of each data center. Planning will be a critical element in this role to ensure the needs of the Global Technology organization are aligned with the resource capabilities of the IAM engineering team.

This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
• Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
• Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
• Ability to work with Application Owners to manage and plan infrastructure across multiple projects in accordance with the Program, Architecture and other relevant firm-wide guidelines
• Ability to maintain infrastructure tracking for accuracy and timely updates across firmwide systems, including: PlanEx, Verum, GetFit, MyApplication and others as related to Data Center infrastructure.
• Experienced Project Managers (Project or scrum masters) with foundation knowledge of technology architecture and infrastructure, infrastructure design and overall technology awareness (operating systems & databases)
• Working knowledge of Access Management Technology and Infrastructure Management in a Data Center preferred
