Directs and coordinates the delivery of habilitative services in compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include training staff in behavior modification techniques, supervising and evaluating staff, developing new programs and maintaining records.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field. Minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required. May require QIDP certification and experience in an ICFMR.
