As a Mortgage Servicing Specialist II, you will be responsible for verification of all uploaded loans on FIS, and accountable for client correspondence via email with regards to insurance and taxes.You will be responsible for a variety of tasks includingBalance LIP, Loan Control, ACH and Unapplied Funds and balance escrow disbursements, review the reject report and post corrected transactions daily, assist and complete loan research items. You will perform escrow analysis as needed, interact and explain the report to clients, assist with phone inquiries received and post transactions, and ensure that taxes and insurances are paid timely on escrowed loans, research bills when necessary.

Additionally, Mortgage Servicing Specialist IIs are expected to assist with training, monitor daily and monthly reports and force place flood or hazard insurance as necessary in accordance with procedures, including but not limited to issuing letters to clients and completing flood calculation worksheets for each transaction.You will maintain independent files as well as imaging all supporting all information required to process force place policies as well as supporting information used to complete the transaction, receive satisfactory ratings in compliance audits and assist in providing supporting information and/or explanations as necessary, andreport all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations to your manager or compliance officer. All associates are expected to build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Minimum Requirements:To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications.

High school diploma or equivalent.

-
2+ years of relevant job experience.

Desired Qualifications:To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some of the following qualifications:

-
Associate's degree or equivalent.

-
4+ years of relevant job experience

-
Prior bank experience in loan accounting or loan balancing

Work Environment:

Office setting with traditional hours.

Sitting for extended periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).

Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).

Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary.
