Primary Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the position is to engage in various product certification activities. The position will also work across the organization to maintain and improve quality system and process. The individual will be mainly tasked to coordinate and administer product certification process, quality record, and document control as well as support various assignments to meet quality compliance and quality objectives.
* Material Certification 40%
* Document control 20%
* Quality data and record processing and maintenance 20%
* Coordinating and scheduling priority of certification activities. 10%
* Support quality planning process 5%
* Support quality process improvement activities or any other tasks assigned by supervisor 5%

Qualifications
* Working experiences in material certification, document control using SharePoint, quality record archiving and maintenance, test data processing for certification are required.
* Must be able to prove proficiency in PC Microsoft Windows system and Microsoft Office document creation/editing.
* Familiarity in OPM (Oracle Process Manufacturing) software is a plus but not required with PC Proficiency.
* Minimum 5 years' working experience of any position in manufacturing industry where the quality system is certified by ISO equivalent or managed by standard work instructions and procedures.
* Minimum high school diploma is required, however, Associate degree or above in any discipline is desired.
