MISSION

Quantum is seeking a Aviation Systems Division/Program Manager in Huntsville, Alabama.The Program Manager is responsible for day-to-day management and operations of one or more task orders under the general guidance of the Warfighter Support Sector VP/Manager. The ideal candidate is someone with a desire for continual learning and who possesses strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and problem-solving skills, and is: - people focused - accountable - adaptable - detail-oriented - customer service & requirements oriented - able to work effectively in a collaborative environment - able to manage multiple tasks with competing timelines and deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for planning and managing the work efforts of task team personnel; determining and monitoring subtask schedules and budgets; and ensuring compliance with all contract and task order requirements and quality standards pertaining to the task/subtask.

- Interfaces with customer personnel in work performance.

- Demonstrates skills in the scope of work encompassed by the task/subtask; provides technical guidance to the task team in performance of the work; and provides quality review of all work products.

- Responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met. Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract.

- Manages overall task order performance.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, a candidate will possess, and demonstrate, the following skills, education and experience:

- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience; Master degree and/or certifications a plus

- Strong understanding and experience with of the Aviation Systems, C5ISR, and Cyber Systems

- Strong Computer skills to include MS Word, Project, Excel and Outlook.

- Solid written/verbal business communication skills and ability to effectively communicate both technical/ non-technical concepts to both technical and non-technical professionals

- Ability/willingness to multi task and thrive in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment, with frequently changing priorities, is a must

- Ability to maintain customer relationships with Senior Government officials: Officer and Civilian Leadership, Colonel (O-6), Flag Officer and Senior Executive Service
