Department's Website:Summary of Job Duties:The Assistant Director of Revenue Management is responsible for managing all aspects of Revenue and Accounts Receivable for the Arkansas Alumni Association, Inc. This position reports to the Director of Finance and supervises one employee the Manager of Building Operations and Sales. This position requires evening and weekend work in addition to the ability to travel; requires knowledge and experience with the sales cycle and selling; and teamwork, flexibility and a \\"can do\\" attitude are essential for working with volunteers and other Association staff members.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education

At least two years of direct or inside sales or fundraising experience

Four years or more of direct or inside sales or fundraising experience
