POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Operations Manager serves as a strategic partner on the overall vision and strategy of the department, including operating as a key collaborator to business partners bringing best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department s performance and internal service delivery. The Manager implements and manages strategies for the Marketing, divisions organization-wide to maintain and improve all the processes required in managing the business of marketing , while achieving marketing efficiencies and scaling economies. The Manager facilitates daily operations and provides infrastructure support through data collection, analysis, measurement/metrics, and continual research/implementation of best practices that reinforce evolving marketing and communications strategies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Five (5) years of experience working in progressively more responsible positions in the marketing field demonstrating results as a proven strategic marketer that can generate and execute on breakout marketing ideas

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
