POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Spec is responsible for contributing to the development of marketing plans and execution of digital marketing tactics for MultiCare s retail businesses. The incumbent works collaboratively with assigned business units and marketing teams to develop multichannel programs and strategies that meet brand and business objectives. The Digital Marketing Spec oversees the design, build, deployment, optimization and tracking of digital and social marketing efforts for multiple Retail offerings.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Eight (8) years of experience working in a marketing, ecommerce or retail department
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
