Summary of Job:

The Project Coordinator is a combination between Installation Coordination and Sales Coordination. The Project Coordinator will provide support services to the Home Services Support Manager and Sales staff as a key component to the Home Services team. This role provides accurate, detailed and comprehensive information enabling the management team to make effective business decisions. Critical thinking, fundamental understanding of the installation/sales process and a commitment to detail are vital.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)


  • Dispatches Installation teams in a timely and accurate manner assuring the most efficient and effective schedule is made for the day

  • Coordinates and schedules installations from the start of a project to completion

  • Facilitates and distributes sales leads and in a manner directed by the sales management team

  • Collects and provides accurate sales, installation, and lead related data to the management team

  • Serves as an in-house customer service representative for the Sales Consultants and installation crews providing them with guidance and information that will support them throughout the sales and/or installation process.

Education and Experience:


  • 3 to 5 years data entry/administrative experience

  • Proven Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook

  • Must be able to type proficiently. 60+ WPM w/ accuracy.
