MorCare LLC is looking for an accomplished sales leader and manager to join our team. You will have the opportunity to develop a sales team utilizing your experiences and delivery methodology to help grow new business delivering sales through known channels, and defining new paths to new prospects and partnerships. As the Sales Leader, you will be responsible for not only delivering new sales, but also the day to day management of a sales team very well versed in the product, but in need of the development of elite sales technique. If you’re looking for a job where the table’s set, and all you need to do is sit down, this isn’t for you. We need someone willing to take chances and drive opportunity with a collaborative leadership team.
What your impact will be:
Someone who knows the market and can develop relevant quarterly & annual sales strategies that are congruent with market analyses of a competitive sector
Build, execute, and manage against bold growth plans
Gather and analyze market data and industry trends.
Build strong prospect/customer relationships
Generate leads through all necessary channels & build a sound pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve significant organic growth
Willingness to attend and facilitate sales presentations, but also can progress opportunities in the remote environment we are currently in.
Achieve sales goals and enable team to achieve targets through efficient management and constant support
Prepare reports & develop dashboards detailing the status of all leads, prospects and accounts
Responsible for the maintenance of the monthly sales bookings forecast and handling of departmental expense budgets
Be an ambassador for the use of CRM and suggest best practices for its use
Willingness to travel - up to 50% (post pandemic)
What we are looking for:
8 – 10+ years of experience in healthcare software, preferably in Care Management industry
Demonstrated Successful Sales Leader experience
Quality oral and written skills; ability to navigate a board room of healthcare executives
Demonstrated resilience developing relationships, client prospecting, and leveraging connections to accelerate sales prospects
High level of problem solving and data skills
Experience executing a sales quota and achieving measured success
Ability to work in a team and be hands on with customers in achieving their success
Sound critical thinking skills, tenacity, and willingness to appropriately accept risk
What will make you stand out:
Nursing background or experience selling Care Management/Quality/Pop Health solutions
Strong knowledge, understanding, and successful experience in the Hospital market
Ability to find gaps in hospital software market and suggestions to develop niche software ideas/solutions
Motivated entrepreneurial spirit; proven track record of standing up new solutions or bringing to market new ideas
