DH Pace Company, Inc. in Orlando, FL is looking to hire a Dispatcher who will effectively coordinate field employees. You will ensure that our services will meet or exceed the customer’s satisfaction. Prefer prior dispatching or scheduling experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Scheduling technicians to customer job sites


• Continually ensure technicians’ schedules are cleared of completed job tickets and that open job tickets are in correct technicians’ schedules for materials ordered, billing and voided tickets


• Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling


• Working with service quotes


• Other responsibilities as assigned

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred


• Prior dispatching/scheduling or related experience desired


• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills


• Represent the company in a professional manner
