Our team is looking for an experienced Training Lead with an enterprise software background who can work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work with space analysts and software engineers to design the training program for a large, multi-faceted space domain awareness application. You will have overall responsibility for creating training materials to meet the needs of the user community. As the Training Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and growing the team. You will also be responsible for providing training to customers around the globe as needed including foreign partners. Training sessions will primarily be classroom format but will also include asynchronous, on-demand, over-the-shoulder and train-the-trainer formats.

Required Skills
- Experience training enterprise mission-focused software applications
- Experience in developing and leading in-person classroom or group-based training
- Experience in generating professional, highly detailed multimedia instructional materials
- Ability to adapt training plans and presentations based on size of class and individual training session needs
- Great interpersonal and communications skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment, and take the initiative to learn new tools and concepts quickly
- Must be able to organize and plan effectively
- Must be willing and able to travel
- Must be a US Citizen due to DoD contract
- Ability to obtain a valid U.S. Passport
- Must have an active Top Secret clearance with DCID 6/4 eligibility

Desired Skills
- Experience effectively leading teams in fast-paced, dynamic, mission-focused operating environments
- Experience working with Camtasia, Adobe Premier, Adobe Captivate and Adobe After Effects
- Experience with space domain related software
- Understanding of orbital mechanics and data analysis
- Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment
- Experience training military operators and analysts

Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance..
