RWJBH is seeking a Manager, Laboratory Information Systems at the New Brunswick campus. This is a full-time, day position (40hours/week).

Requirements/Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 year degree in Computer Science or BS Degree in Medical Technology or related science

* B.S in Medical Laboratory Technology.

* ASCP certifiication strongly preferred.

* Leadership experience strongly preferred.

* Prior experience in the use of client server protocals, Wndows and UNIX operating systems, networks and PC''s

* Programming experience in SQL & Oracle databases a plus

Job Duties:

* Manages the Laboratory Information System and supports the ancillary systems of the laboratory departments and Outreach program.

* Maintains the laboratory s regulatory compliance on LIS and Medicare related issues.

* Supports the Laboratory and Laboratory Outreach Systems.

* Direct supervision for approximately 3 support staff.

* Read, be with familiar with, participate in periodic education/training regarding, and comply with the hospital's Corporate Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, and other corporate compliance policies (as may be amended from time to time).
