General Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities will include coordination and maintaining effective communication with external government partners and commercial launch partners, to include negotiation of requirements, CONOPS, use cases, and technology roadmaps.
- Responsibilities may include designing and developing plans, processes, procedures, functional and data requirements analysis, system analysis, documentation preparation for complex systems and operational support of these systems.

Requirements:
- Engineering Degree majoring in Mechanical/Aerospace engineering or Bachelor Degree in STEM field
- 8 years as Mechanical/Aerospace engineer in relevant fields
- Current DoD Secret clearance or higher
- Individual must possess some working knowledge of space launch systems and processes.
- Individuals in this role must have demonstrated experience in effective communication and interfacing with external federal organizations and/or the commercial launch industry.

Desired Requirements:
- Areas of specialization include commercial launch system capabilities related to: rocket propulsion, guidance and navigation systems, control systems, communications systems, digital communication protocol, electrical power distribution, control and transmission devices, signal processing, instrumentation, electromagnetic compatibility and interference, electrical interfaces, avionics electronics, and electrical ground support equipment.
- Engineering disciplines that may map into this include systems, mechanical, electrical, aerospace, propulsion, materials, communications, or structures.
