REGISTERED NURSE COORDINATOR - ONCOLOGY HOSPITALISTS
FULL TIME DAYS

Our ONCOLOGY COORDINATOR is primarily responsible for maintaining COC Certification for the Hospital as well as supporting our Hospitalists.

Activities/functions include:

* Coordinate post-discharge care for inpatients treated by the contracted hospitalists group and assisting patients who require access to community referral resources as well as primary and specialty medical health care providers.

* Lead the collaborative process which assess, plans, implements, coordinates, monitor and evaluates options and services to meet an Individuals' health needs through communications and available resources to promote quality, cost-effective outcomes.

* Provide insight and feedback to Administration in developing and capturing key metrics' and indicators for program and system success.

QUALIFICATIONS Current Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted. BSN highly preferred.
2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
Must have recent Hospital based Oncology experience
