POSITION DESCRIPTION
This professional role provides an outstanding work/life balance with a Mon-Fri daytime schedule.

Northside Hospital at NGDC is seeking either a CMA or LPN specifically with Respiratory experience.
This position will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to Pulmonary / Respiratory patients in support of, and as directed by, the physician.
Responsible for performing assigned back office duties and rotating as a telephone triage nurse in an efficient and professional manner.
Responsible for performing all duties in accordance with Practice policies and procedures.POSITION REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED:
1. Graduate of Medical Assistant program or Graduate of a U.S. Military Medic course. In lieu of medical assistant program education or Military Medic course, equivalent clinical experience to completion of Medical Assistant program required.
2. Expertise in ambulatory/physician office practice flow and activities; specialty specific disease processes and conditions; in-office procedures, and patient education.
3. Current BLS card (CPR).
4. Color vision acuity is required to safely perform the duties of this position if such duties are related to lab duties.
5. All applicants must submit to and pass a Color-Acuity screening Test if such duties of this position are related to lab duties.
6. 2 or more years experience specifically in respiratory care.

1. LPN

WORK HOURS: 8am - 5pm

WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS: No

ON-CALL REQUIREMENTS: No.
