POSITION TITLE Director of Supply Chain and Customer Service

POSITION OVERVIEW
Overall ownership of the supply chain and customer service activities for a defined set of business segments to include being the liaison for the operational and commercial partners supporting those segments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ownership of the order fulfillment function for the business segments being supported.
- Lead the capacity planning process, along with the SIOP team, to ensure capacity meets demand. Troubleshoot and develop contingency options where gaps exist.
- Participate actively in the demand planning process to align demand with supply plans.
- Lead the supply planning process.
- Manage the logistics, key actions, risks, gaps and opportunities identified in period supply and demand reviews.
- Develop and deploy education/training for continued development of the supply chain and customer service teams.
- Lead integration of new segments/acquisitions as required by the division.
- Engage with all levels of the organization and guide functional areas in deployment of the key strategies for the division in the supply chain function and be a leader/support in other functional areas.
- Facilitate, with the current organization, all SIOP meetings and ensure they are focused on division strategy and objectives.
- Actively participate in the organizational design process to best service the business segments, operations and division.
- Super facilitation and people skills with demonstrated capability to lead executive level associates through decision making and risk assessments.
- Excellent understanding of supply chain, customer service and SIOP functions.
- Aptitude to define operational requirements and implement process to support those requirements.
- Strength in emotional intelligence and ability to lead across the functions.
- Organized and detailed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written.

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-10 years' experience in operations, commercial or SIOP, supply chain or customer service with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Broad/Deep Knowledge of Multiple Business Processes / Systems
- Solid SAP System Knowledge
- Business Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation
- Project Management
- Change Management
- Provide Support for division objectives
- Troubleshoot Business Process and/or System Problems to Identify causes and resolve or liaise with IS to resolve
