The role:
Herbalife is looking for a self-directed sales strategy lead to analyze the sub-regional and organizational trends, identify sales drivers and manage and measure regional sales team performance towards these sales drivers supporting sales and Distributor acquisition and retention for Herbalife Nutrition, North America.
The Sr. Manager, Regional Sales Strategy reports to the Vice President of Sales, Events and Promotions and supports business goals of regional sales team by coordinating the analysis of the key Distributors and organizations in each of the subregions – in the field, development and optimization of sales initiatives and programs, promotions, and targeted communication campaigns for our distributor-based sales force. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of business models, consumer insights and sales data and analytical skills, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations to executives and high-profile sales leaders. Additionally, this position requires continuous communication with the regional sales team managers to better process the needs at sub-regional and organizational level.
The Sr. Manager will process the key strategies of the 5-year plan and connect them with the field by coordinating with the Regional Sales Team. The Sr. Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize Distributor retailing, recruitment growth and Distributor retention to expand Herbalife’s reach within North America. The role includes continuous assessment of standard methodologies at the regional level, identification of cities/areas with potential, understanding of key organizations and interaction with cross-functional teams to identify incremental sales volume opportunities.
The Sr. Manager should have strong communication and analytical skills, and strong ability to process and organize sophisticated models into key messages, projects and key performance indicators.
How you would contribute:
Full processing, understanding and documentation of sub-regions and corporate standard methodologies and business drivers to build a go-forward strategy
Collaborate on establishing objectives, criteria and success metrics for sub- regional performance
Develop programs and initiatives that help Regional Sales team members support Distributors and increase sales, expand their organizations and grow within the Herbalife Sales and Marketing Plan structure
Develop sales strategy and post-campaign presentations for executives and sales leaders
Supervise promotion campaigns and provide feedback on themes and topics for creative execution and content deliverables
Drive innovation through testing and analysis in order to deliver effective sales strategies that evolve with consumer trends and Distributor engagement
Develop sales and marketing plans and strategy for diverse regions and sub regions
Provide budget plans and improvement strategies for the regions
Perform additional duties as assigned

Understanding of consumer insights and sales analytics with a track record of integrating this information into sales growth strategies
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Experience:
8+ years of corporate growth strategies experience
5+ years' experience leading multiple high-profile initiatives with sophisticated cross-functional workflows
5+ years' experience developing executive presentations
5+ years' experience building, implementing, measuring and improving high impact initiatives
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred qualifications:
MBA
Direct selling or multi-level marketing company experience
4+ years' experience in a sales & marketing environment
2+ years' experience working for a global or multi-national company
