Position Description

Serve as a Requirements Analyst supporting the Joint Staff J7 in the development of requirements of the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) and the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS). Support the mission of Joint Force Development (JFD) to meet present and future training requirements and to develop joint training capabilities for the Joint Training Enterprise (JTE). Liaison between Program Management, JLLIS and JTIMS Users and software developers for the identification and technical description of required JLLIS and JTIMS content, functionality and interface. Draft technical reports providing the framework for software development. Monitor help desk and technical service operations to include trouble report logs and engineering change requests. Draft schedules, progress reports, findings and recommendations for JLLIS and JTIMS software development, testing, fielding and operational assessment. Develop and execute test cases and test plans with defined measures of performance. Draft briefs and information papers to inform JLLIS and JTIMS Program Management on JLLIS and JTIMS technical performance. Interface with government customer to help Task Order Lead (TOL) identify areas for improvement and growth.

Position Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a U.S. passport
- Must possess a Secret clearance and meet eligibility requirements to be granted Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) access
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in development of technical requirements
- Must be able to travel unassisted to CONUS and oversees locations to perform job duties
- Skilled in all aspects of communications for briefings, presentations and decision papers
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office presentation, word processing, spreadsheet and collaboration applications
- Experience in JLLIS and JTIMS desired
- Bachelor's degree desired (experience may substitute)
