The MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN II performs technical tasks related to the support of manufacturing operations, fabrication of jigs & fixtures as well as wiring/assembly of new production lines & testers. This position is expected to perform in a dynamic, safe, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and engineers.

WHAT YOU LL DO

Plan and perform work using a working knowledge of mechanical assembly, electronics, computers, and production processes.
*

Become a Subject Matter Expert on production processes supporting internal and external customers
*

Build and maintain test fixture hardware/software platforms
*

Maintain all safety requirements Calibrate, repair, process, and monitor production equipment
*

Create/modify hardware/software test fixtures, jigs, and production prototypes
*

Create/modify/review assembly & test procedures
*

Execute departmental projects with minimal supervision

WHAT YOU LL NEED

*

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
*

ASEE or Equivalent
*

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
*

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
*

Skilled in the use of the mechanical tools and assembly
*

Ability to interpret schematics and drawings
*

Experienced in troubleshooting PCBAs and electro-mechanical systems
