Job Description:

The recruiter position is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions, a basic understanding of our organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Contract Position (40 Hours Per week)
Days: Monday - Friday (some weekends based on recruitment activities)
Contract Rate :$45 to $60/hr. based on YOE

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES/EXPERIENCE

• • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (may substitute 5 years progressive, recent HR experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree)


• •5 years’ recruitment experience


• •2 year healthcare recruitment experience preferred


• Experience hiring allied health professionals preferred
