- Knowledge of electrical distribution and construction a must
- Knowledge of electrical distribution plans/prints, equipment type, construction methods a must
- Notary Public (company may assist in acquiring)
- GA Licensed Real Estate Broker preferred
- Knowledge of electrical distribution easements and real estate
- Experience in leadership and managing staff to meet production expectations
- Exceptional Communication Skills - In person, written and verbal
- Ability to research public records to determine property ownership
- Excellent organization and documentation skills
- Broad general business knowledge
- Valid Drivers License
Requires a pre-employment drug screen and will require ongoing participation in the employer's annual drug and alcohol testing program.
- Accept work assignments from internal Project Manager
- Assign tasks to field team; scheduling
- Train and assist field agents to meet client expectations
- Monitor the process and quality of work daily
- Recommend and assist in staffing for assigned area
- Manage client relationships through positive and timely communications
- Be familiar with researching property ownership
- Develop line lists and manage data collection required for the project
- Acquire easements from landowners when necessary
- Coordinate plan changes required based on property owner feedback
- Maintain status reports as required by project
- Serve as notary in acknowledgement of legal signatures
- Ensure documents are properly recorded
- Provide status reports to internal management
