·       Excellent Communication skills to be able to manage communications with Sr. Director of IT and Client PMO

·       Technology knowledge of SAP SD, CRM, Hybris Commerce is preferable

·       Business Process knowledge in the area of CX is required

·       Should have managed teams across Onsite/Offshore with diverse personalities

·       Should have managed weekly reporting, status updates, risk management in an Agile scrum environment

·       Should be aware of Agile methodologies
