We are looking for a hands-on and energized Associate HR Business Partnerto become part of our North America HR team andwork closely with our business in the exciting worlds of taste, scent and nutrition. Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant for our leaders byclosely partnering with the business to improve people leadership capabilities, team culture, talent pipeline and people development.

About You:

As an Associate HR Business Partneryou will bringa minimun of 5years of experience supporting mid-level leaders in advising and coaching on employee issues and act as a front line employee resource. You'llhave experience supportingOperations teams as a trusted advisor and HR Generalist. This role seeks out an individual who can bring critical thinking, a can-do attitude and superior level of interpersonal savvy. In this fast paced agile environment you will be flexible and have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and exceptional collaboration skills.

HR Analytics:

Ensure a high level of diligence around HR data integrity

Ensure timely and accurate input of data into various HR systems by you and your team.

Regularly audit system data to ensure accuracy and sharing insights into data impacting the HR analytics dashboard.

Business Partnering:

Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant for frontline and mid-level business leaders

Build business intimacy and credibility to be consulted and actively contribute to overall business decisions.

HR Initiatives:

Ensuring the effective implementation of HR & business initiatives.

Supporting or participating in HR related projects.

Partnering with HR colleagues to share best practice and successes and learning to ensure consistency and overall alignment.

Talent Acquisition:

Ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.

Understanding the business's hiring needs, calendar and priories including a clear plan on workforce planning.

Manage hiring and selection process ensuring compliance to global and local process and legal requirements and application of best practice. Support thesiteleadership teamin succession planning and movement of internal talent.

Talent Development & Retention:

Provide employee relations guidance to managers and execute the talent assessment process.

Coach frontline and mid-level leaders on performance management practices and tools, fostering a working environment which aligns with the company's vision and mission.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools & HRIS system reporting and analysis (SAP preferred).

* Critical Thinking - Uses problem solving skills to assist in determining priorities, finding timely solutions to departmental or system-wide issues and demonstrating quality customer service.

* Collaboration - Successfully collaborates on projects and programs with team members.

* Accountability - Takes responsibility for consistent completion and follow-up on departmental jobs and providing excellent service delivery.

* Flexibility - Responsive to change and demonstrates adaptability.

* Positive Approach & Can-do attitude - Maintains a positive approach while doing daily tasks and when faced with adversity. Encourages and recognizes the contribution of others.

* Strong Interpersonal skills - Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to partner with various levels of management including c-suite. Approachable.

* Planning & organizing - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing workload to meet multiple deadlines. High attention to detail, ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines

Required Experience

*5+ years of experience in Human Resources

* Proficient experience using SAP and HRIS systems

* People management experience

* Associates Degree preferred
