Project Associate, Finance Automation

Job Description: The Finance Strategy and Transformation team is responsible for assessing and delivering process continuous improvement and automation leveraging 6 sigma methodology and robotic process automation. The candidate will primarily be responsible for working with the process owners and process subject matter experts to identify areas, which can be improved by process streamlining combined with technology, such as Robotic Process Automation tools. The candidate will also work on documenting the process as well as developing actual automations using the Robotic Process Automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Optimizes processes with SME




• Works with SME to map processes




• Support Finance process owner to contributes process and procedural documentation




• Facilitates, coordinates project workshops




• Develops and assigns test cases pertaining to finance process and business scenarios




• Configures and tests deployment of bots, consults with SME as- needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or related field preferred




• Ability to understand and assimilate new ideas and manage change




• Strong written and oral communication skills




• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills




• Team player, flexible, and ability to resolve conflicts




• Knowledge and working experience of Blue Prism or  Uipath




• Applicant must work effectively in a fast paced team environment with constant interruptions. Some irregular hours required
