TITLE: ECOMMERCE SALES SPECIALIST - NEW ACQUISITION BUSINESS

LOCATION: WESTMINSTER, CO

DIVISION: SKETCHUP - TRIMBLE

CONTRACT WITH POTENTIAL FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT

JOB SUMMARY:

SketchUp, a division of Trimble seeks an eCommerce Sales Specialist to work within the online sales organization. The goal for this position is to maximize the online sales channel by growing our new acquisition subscription business for SketchUp. The eCommerce Sales Specialist will work closely with members of eCommerce Sales, Customer Support, Credit, Marketing, and various cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities will be focused on identifying buying friction, supporting online customers with purchasing issues, and mitigating risk in our global online channel. Success will be defined by how well the eCommerce Sales Associate drives new acquisition sales in the eCommerce channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with SketchUp's sales team to deliver on sales targets for new customer acquisition business.
*

Directly support and respond to new acquisition customers via SalesForce. Prioritize customers who have any friction in the buying process as it relates to applying coupons, cart issues, and checkout friction.
*

Prioritize and respond to online customer inquiries in a timely manner to help convert sales.
*

Engage and communicate with customers on a daily basis via email and phone.
*

Ensure the end-to-end purchase process is as smooth as possible for new customers, including purchase, validation, payment, notification, and communication.
*

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, operationalize, and execute relevant online promotions to drive financial performance for eCommerce.
*

Identify gaps, new web levers, and make optimizations in our eCommerce buying process and platform to drive eCommerce sales growth.
*

Help plan SketchUp promotional strategy including Cyber Monday, Abandoned carts, win-back campaigns, migration campaigns, ad spend, trial campaigns, and other online targeted promotions and campaigns.
*

Report on eCommerce performance metrics, including standard KPIs such as conversion rates, page views, abandoned cart rates, customer engagement, and lifetime value metrics.

Partner with the analytics team to create new visualizations via business intelligence tools.
*

Stay abreast of trends and innovations in eCommerce to continue to maximize eCommerce sales growth.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Background in global eCommerce sales and platforms.
*

Must have previous hands-on experience with customer engagement.
*

Ability to work across multiple technology platforms such as SalesForce, Aria, Domo, etc.
*

Results-oriented and goal-focused with a customer service-oriented personality.
*

Keen attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
*

Effective time management, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
*

Must be a driver of eCommerce change and continuous improvement.
