Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning federal government contractor, has an exciting opportunity for a Software Developer-Oracle APEX to join our team in Suitland, MD.

Other duties, in addition to the below, may be assigned as necessary to meet business needs.

Essential Job Functions:

* Strong experience hands-on data modeling, design, development, and management in Oracle 8, 9i, 10g, 11g, and 12c with packages, triggers, procedures/functions, and DML/DDL, Design,

* Development and Implementation of databases using Oracle PL/SQL, API/Back end coding in Oracle PL/SQL. Analysis, Design,

* Experience with Unix/Linux scripting language like Korn, Shell etc.

* Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

* Support requirements gathering and provide recommendations to any changes to the DITD software architecture and high-level design.

* Prioritize, assign, and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle.

* Develop Java EE applications.

* Develop Apex applications.

* Define and document new internal and external software interfaces.

* Perform detailed design, code development, unit test, and systems integration for new and modified code.

* Support system testing of internal structures or workings of applications to locate design flaws or deficiencies.

* Participate in code and peer reviews as well as formal walk-throughs.

* Support the development of specifications and technical documentation.

* Support the development, testing, and reviews of software programs based on industry prevailing technologies and language.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

* Must be US Citizen.

* Able to obtain Census Public Trust Clearance.

* Bachelors degree from a 4-year college or an equivalent from a technical school.

* Over ten (10) years of experience of software development in PL/SQL and Java.

* Extensive development experience in SQL, PL/ SQL. Strong familiarity with Java and Apex.

* Experience using Agile Methodology to execute project tasking.

* Experience as a full stack developer, working on back end, front end and API code as needed

* Good understanding of business process analysis and mapping

* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to self-prioritize, manage and adjust multiple tasks as projects evolve

* Ability to solve complex problems.

* Ability to work alone or as part of a group.

* Ability to work from high-level requirements through detailed specifications.

* Understanding of Database Concepts.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Java, Hibernate, SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Developer, WebLogic, SOAP, REST, JUnit, XM, Gitlab, Shell/Korn script

* Toad, Version Manager, Serena Business Manager

* Familiarity with .NET is a plus

Preferred Skills:

* Proven IT experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (Application Software Design, Development, Testing and Implementation)

* Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
