Job Summary

Responsible for providing leadership within all aspects of reporting/analytics and leveraging CRM capabilities that drive Sales and Marketing strategy and ultimate revenue generation across current and future markets. Assure all executive leadership at THP and with joint venture partners have appropriate oversight reporting to facilitate decision making that impact long term growth strategy. Responsible for detailed and accurate forecasting of all components of membership across markets that drive financial reporting and budgeting. Develop actionable reporting at all levels of Sales and Marketing management including joint venture company Sales teams to allow detailed understanding of functional performance and strategic initiatives across markets and provide training/assistance with reports as needed. Assure system integration of SalesForce reporting into overall reporting infrastructure. Assure day to day maintenance of and find efficiencies for the Sales and Marketing data warehouse including incorporation of new data sources. Lead the re-design of Tableau dashboards and champion it's use by Sales and Marketing management. Bring forward new analytic models and tools to improve lead generation and conversion rate activities across markets. By close partnering with IT, lead the development of the vision for CRM as a strategic tool, effective execution of new capabilities and assure effective day to day adoption and data quality.

Job Description

Staffing: Provide the necessary guidance and leadership to the team to ensure optimization of business performance. Develop staffing model that will support achievement of goals through a combination of Domain Specialist, Data Science and Data Engineering. Identify gaps with business intelligence/data visualization skills and ability; develop coaching strategies to improve results. Build a culture of attention to detail and accuracy as well as a service orientation and understanding of customer needs. Create an organization that continuously learns to improve capabilities. Develop a team that proactively identifies opportunities and brings to business owners. Effective capacity planning in order to meet business requirements and efficiently manage resources. Collaborate with centralized IT team to support global enterprise consistency and shared practices.
Reporting/Analysis: Develop actionable reporting for all levels of management based on what stakeholders articulate as needs. This includes incorporating a new philosophy and skill set around data visualization to enable efficient decision making at all levels. Assure productivity metrics are in place for all Sales and Marketing functions, initiatives and strategies including leading/lagging indicators to continuously optimize return on resources expended. Assure there is a standardized, actionable way to view month over month, year over year performance. Deliver executive level reporting for THP, NewCo and JV partner Sr. management, with data visualized in a way that allows efficient oversight across multiple markets. Reconfigure existing Tableau dashboards to better facilitate decision making. Provide training and support to all stakeholders as needed to assure reporting/analytics are effectively being used. Lead continued development of use of Tableau, Cloudera, Alteryx and other tools.
CRM Reporting: Bring data/reporting in SalesForce into the overall reporting environment and tools including Tableau. This includes training current analysts to become expert in the data and the reporting tool.
Sales and Marketing Data Warehouse: Assure the skill sets and process to perform day to day maintenance. This includes assuring ETL expertise on the team. Lead incorporation of new data sources. Close partnering with IT on all integration points.
Membership Forecasting: Lead the development of all elements of membership forecasting across markets. This includes forecasting that drives the company operating budget development and assessment as well as for the CMS bid. Partnering with Actuarial, Product Strategy and Finance as well as Market Presidents is required.
New Analytic Models/Tools: Research and implement new analytic models/tools/technology that supports business intelligence strategies for the organization. Establish long-term and short-term priorities for sales, marketing and product data management, analytics and business intelligence deployment. Identify new sources of data and transform into actionable information that brings value to the organization.
CRM Strategy: This role is the visionary for the ongoing evolution and use of SalesForce CRM as a strategic tool to support long term growth, evolving sales strategies and improve overall Sales/Marketing performance. Because of that, this leader is the driver of business needs within the enterprise SalesForce Governance Team supporting development and prioritization of system initiatives and investments to support long term enterprise growth goals. The leader ensures Sales and Marketing user performance/adoption and data quality. This Director is the key business leader responsible for interfacing with multiple vendors and internal stakeholders, including IT in support of the SalesForce system as well as a critical lead in complex system upgrades and enhancements.
Multi-market Strategic Planning: Participate with the Sale and Marketing Leadership team to build and oversee each market strategic planning and identify synergies/efficiencies across markets

Requirements

EDUCATION: BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or the equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: 10+ years of experience managing analytics/informatics/business intelligence/CRM.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

- Knowledge of analytics tools like Tableau, Cloudera, Alteryx, etc.
- Understanding of Salesforce strategic capabilities
- Knowledge of SalesForce and Pardot reporting capabilities
- Experience with Agile
- Strong skill set in visualizing data for efficient and actionable use by management at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of using analytics in a healthcare environment.
- Understand data engineering to develop and transform data
- Fast learner to get up to speed on our business, data sources, systems, etc.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing analytics and predictive/prescriptive modeling.
- Strong understanding of mechanics of data structures and consumer analytics
- Experience with business intelligence/analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience improving the efficiency of an analytics function and its effect on organizational performance.
- Innovative, forward thinker and strong abilities in relationship management.

Mathematical, Problem solving, and statistical skills are required. Must have exceptional knowledge about Microsoft Excel, Access and other business intelligence tools and the ability to work with complex calculations is required. Knowledge and experience about different types of databases is necessary. Working with IBM Cognos is a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Fast paced office environment handling multiple demands. Exercise appropriate judgment as needed. Normal office conditions.
