SUMMARY

* Position Summary

* The incumbent is required to conduct all job responsibilities consistent with policies, procedures, and in compliance with all applicable laws or mandates relating to patient care and activities.

* Responsible for the delivery of care through the process of nursing assessment, planning and implementation.

* Promotes a smooth flow of patients through the office and helps to create a calm and supportive atmosphere, demonstrating the Values in Action with each interaction, at all times.

* Assists with face-to-face and telephonic care and treatment of patients.

* Performs tasks as required within their scope of practice, paying attention to detail and accuracy.

* Conducts all interactions with patients and personnel in a courteous, respectful manner while maintaining confidentiality.

* Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

* Education: BSN preferred.

* License/Certifications: Current licensure from the Maine State Board of Nursing as an R.N. required. BLS and ability to perform CPR required.

* Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in emergency department, urgent care, or other walk-in care setting preferred.
