Job Description: This position is located in our Yadkinville, NC Facility. 

We are looking to recruit a responsible leader to ensure that the quality and quantity of packaged goods follows company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating laminator to machine/sheet raw dough to a specified thickness


• Cut/form dough sheet to a specified shape and weight


• Set up and starts machine in proper sequence


• Adjust flow of dough into laminator and onto laminator belt


• Adjust flow of layered dough into gauge and finish rollers and finish belt


• Adjust flow of finished sheet onto cutter belt


• Start and adjust flow of dough scrap up the scrap pick up belt and back into pre-sheeter


• Check the size and weight of a specified number of dough pieces for specified weight; adjust as necessary


• Maintain a smooth flow of dough through machine and the specified size and weight of dough pieces onto oven band


• Clean equipment as instructed


• May perform other functions as assigned


• Complete all production paperwork on inspection and operations


• Follow all GMPs and Safety Procedures

Experience, Skills, Education:

• Laminating Experience Preferred


• Effective Communication Skills

• Reading/Comprehension Abilities


• Demonstrated Leadership Capabilities


• Ability to Work Independently


• Ability to Identify Problems and Respond Accordingly
