AT&T Senior Enterprise Architect EMS - Enterprise Mobility Systems is a seasoned industry expert with responsibility for designing and delivering complex and innovative Enterprise Wireless Data Solutions.As a key resource and partner, AT&T Senior Enterprise Architect collaborates with large enterprise customers to provide complex solutions as well as customize customer solutions that meet unique business requirements. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales teams with the sale of complex and sophisticated wireless data solutions to large enterprise customers.
  • Position is responsible for working directly with customers to design complex enterprise-wide wireless data business solutions.
  • Create and conduct wireless data executive strategy sessions for customers to assist the customer to identify high Return on Investment process improvements and the technical solutions to enable these process improvements. Develop technical articles and papers that position company as a wireless data industry innovation and thought leader.
  • Develop technical white papers and guidelines based on experience from previous projects that assist enterprise customers to design and implement wireless data platforms.
  • Prioritizes and designs key solutions for all segments.
  • Plan and schedule appropriate resources to ensure timely completion of design and implementation schedules and budgets.
  • Work closely with sales teams and key customers to keep them abreast of project status and completion dates, ensuring all concerned are apprised of any slippages in schedule.
  • Provide field interface to Product Development and Management in generating requirements, providing feedback and resolving issues on new and existing product and service offerings.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Five to seven years of direct work experience
  • Five or more years of designing complex enterprise-wide wireless data business solutions
  • Experience developing white papers and guidelines needed to support design and implementation of wireless data platforms
  • Seasoned in- depth knowledge of functional/process area and considered a subject matter expert.
  • Exceptional corporate presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with sales intelligence, a strong presence and the ability to create, influence, and drive customer vision
  • Effective writing skills; ability to support the development of technically focused, solutions-oriented sales proposals
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technology based solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of functional/process areas
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal cross-functional organizations and customers
  • Excellent customer communications, interaction and presentation skills are required.
  • Must be a team player, who is self-motivated, organized and pays strict attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
Desired Skills, Experience and Education:
  • Five or more experience in a similar position within the Mobility Wireless Data industry
  • Proven ability to work with wide range of organizations and extended teams
  • Project Management Experience
  • BS degree in technical related field, Computer Science or Engineering preferred
