Job Description:

As an Account Manager, you will support the Sales team during the transition to a new corporate approach! We are working to develop plans delivering the accurate training based on needs to mitigate negative sales impact in current key markets. Can you act as an independent representative capable of handling Fleets, MTAs and MSOs at every level? The team will have a geographic presence allowing more frequent contact with strategic targets, supporting the Zone Managers through regular updates, continued field support in strategic accounts and development of additional services.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key personnel at the low-mid level tiers of MSO Collision Center targets
• Pursue National/Local fleet accounts with in-house collision/service centers.
• Gain specification position for National/Local fleets that outsource collision work driving sales through the Automotive Zones.
• Proficient with PPG Estimating program and its value in the Fleet service approach.
• Discuss PPG Commercial Value-Added programs at a high level, working towards upper management engagement.
• Responsible for assisting Territory Managers with key, strategic independent Commercial Transit collision centers.
• Provide long term vision and mobilize resources that do not report directly to you while leading multiple locations remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years related experience is required.
• Familiarity with Mass Transit Authority (MTA) Government bids and RFQs is preferred.
• Knowledge Collision Centers analytics is preferred.
• Self-motivated teammate and creative problem solver
