Key Responsibility:
The Sr. Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving results through the development, implementation, and analysis of marketing programs across high-growth verticals. They are responsible for designing and executing marketing activities while working collaboratively across cross-functional teams inclusive of sales and product marketing.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and managing marketing programs and campaigns based on business objectives.
Managing 1-3 marketing campaigns and timelines simultaneously across multiple verticals.
Building strong joint value propositions that fit within each campaign's messaging architecture with corresponding offers and assets
Collaborating on the creation of anchor content for programs.
Helping manage high-value events
Leveraging marketing analytics and reporting platforms to determine campaign success criteria, managing campaign status reports, and continuously auditing and improving the customer and prospect experience and outcomes
Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to align on market opportunities, objectives, benchmarks, messaging and audience targets, as well as content to ensure program and campaign success
Requirements
5-8 years of marketing experience
Proven track record of executing and measuring successful marketing campaigns
Extensive digital marketing experience
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders from multiple departments and presenting to upper management within Experian
A self-starter with a sense of urgency, proven results orientation, and an affinity for consistently
producing high-quality work
Ability to multi-task effectively and manage overlapping projects
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with ability to converse with technical and non-technical audiences including product owners, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Growth and solution-oriented mindset
Bachelor's or higher in marketing, business, or related field (master's preferred)
Recommended Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, and/or Salesforce
