We presently have an employment opportunity for an Appointment Coordinator in one of our operations.  In this new role, the Service Appointment Coordinator is a specialized, highly trained and skilled member of the Service Team and handles inbound service reservation calls, confirms reservations, performs outbound follow-up calls for due/overdue service clients, Special Order Parts notifications, Additional Service Requests, billing, as well as outbound call campaigns as needed.
